Eseigbe Solidarity Movement Commends Okpebholo Over Iruekpen-Benin Road Intervention

The Eseigbe Solidarity Movement has commended Edo State Governor, Senator Monday Okpebholo, for his timely intervention in the failed portion of the Iruekpen-Benin axis, which has now been repaired by BUA Group following the Governor’s intervention.

In a statement signed by the leadership of the movement, Director General on Domestic Affairs, Hon. Idalu Unugbe aka SONATA, and made available to newsmen through the Eseigbe Media Team, the group described the development as a clear demonstration of Governor Okpebholo’s commitment to listening to the people and taking action on issues affecting their daily lives.

The movement noted that the bad portion of the road had caused hardship for motorists, commuters, businesses and residents who depend on the route, expressing appreciation to BUA Group for responding positively to the Governor’s intervention and contributing to the welfare of the people.

According to the group, Governor Okpebholo has continued to demonstrate that leadership is not only about making promises but also about listening, responding and taking practical steps to provide solutions to the concerns of ordinary citizens.

The Eseigbe Solidarity Movement therefore called on Edo people to continue supporting the Governor Okpebholo-led administration, stressing that constructive partnership and collective support are essential for the state’s continued development.

The group also urged Edo residents to keep praying for Governor Okpebholo and his administration, asking God to grant them wisdom, strength and the courage to make decisions that will bring greater development, peace and prosperity to Edo State.
