Hon. Sir Lucky Eseigbe is a trained legal professional who obtained both his LL.B and LL.M degrees from Ambrose Alli University, Ekpoma. Prior to assuming several high-profile public offices, he served as a Legislative Aide, Legal Adviser, and Consultant to distinguished members of the National Assembly of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
