Idumemalua Rally Behind Eseigbe, Offer Prayers As 2027 Campaign Begins

Sir Lucky Eseigbe, the All Progressives Congress (APC) candidate for the House of Representatives seat representing Esan Central, Esan West and Igueben Federal Constituency, has commenced his grassroots engagement with a visit to his immediate family and kinsmen at Idumemalua.

The engagement provided an opportunity for Eseigbe to formally share his 2027 legislative ambition with members of his quarter and seek their prayers, encouragement and continued support as he prepares for the journey ahead.

Speaking during the gathering, Eseigbe expressed appreciation to his family and kinsmen for their presence and goodwill, stressing the importance of beginning the political journey from home and carrying his people along as the campaign progresses.

The atmosphere became particularly significant when the Odionwele of Idumemalua, Pa Philip Itua, offered prayers for Eseigbe, committing his aspiration and political journey into the hands of God and asking for divine guidance, wisdom and success.

Pa Itua also spoke warmly about Eseigbe, describing him as “a trusted son of the soil” while highlighting the confidence and goodwill he enjoys among his people.

The gathering underscored the role of family and community in Eseigbe’s grassroots mobilisation, as the APC candidate continues to engage stakeholders across the constituency ahead of the 2027 general elections.

For Eseigbe, the message from Idumemalua was clear: the journey begins at home, with family, prayers, community and a shared commitment to the road ahead.

Eseigbe we know. Eseigbe we trust.
